The mission of our community-based organization is to provide high quality, proficient, cost-effective and comprehensive health care services to homebound patients with dignity, courtesy and respect for each person. Patient services are provided without regard to race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability (mental or physical), communicable disease or place of national origin.
